Shipping policy

For in-stock items, shipments should depart within just a few days of placing your order, although all orders are fulfilled by hand, so please be patient as we assure the highest quality possible.

For preorder items, shipments should depart within two weeks from the day of purchase unless otherwise stated.

If your checkout cart contains both an in-stock item & a preorder item, both will ship together when the preordered item is on-hand.

For international shipping: once the parcel is in the hands of the carrier it is it is their responsibility to ensure it is delivered.

All orders are currently dispatched from Utah, USA and will be dispatched as quickly as we are capable.
