It appears USPS is having difficulty handling increased package volume.

We highly advise that you trust your tracking information. Movement may be slow but we have yet to see any packages not eventually be delivered.

Their poor efficiency reflects poorly on us and this is extremely frustrating, but unfortunately we are in no better position to change anything than you are.

We as the FountainHead founders are working sunrise to sunset every single day of the week until all orders have been dispatched. While we must focus on the Priority/Expedited orders first, we will be packing 150+ packages daily until all have been dispatched.

We know waiting is frustrating, which is why we are committed to getting as little rest as possible until all orders have been dropped with their couriers.
